Why is a deposit required?
The deposit holds your slot. As a single-artist studio, an unfilled appointment cannot be given to anyone else at short notice, so the deposit protects the time that has been reserved for you.
Is my appointment confirmed before I pay?
No. Where a deposit is required, the appointment stays pending until payment succeeds. You will see the status change to confirmed, and receive a confirmation message, once it does.
Why can't I see the time I want?
Only genuinely available slots are shown. If a time is missing it is either already booked, outside working hours, or too short for the service you selected once setup and buffer time are included.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes — get in touch as early as you can and we will move you to the next suitable slot. Notice periods and whether the deposit transfers are set out in the booking policy.
How long will my lashes last?
Extensions shed with your natural lash cycle, so the interval differs from person to person. Most clients book a refill within two to three weeks to keep the set looking freshly done.
Where is HMS Touch located?
The area is shown on the contact page. For privacy and security the full address is sent to you with your booking confirmation, along with directions and any access instructions.
