Good to know

How should I prepare for a lash appointment?

Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, mascara or oil-based products around the eyes. Remove contact lenses if you can wear glasses instead, and allow a little extra time so we can map the set properly.

Should I bring reference photos?

Yes, please do. Photos are the quickest way to agree on length, curl and density — even if the look is not achievable exactly, it tells us the direction you want.

Can I have lashes done if I wear contact lenses?

Generally yes, though it is more comfortable to remove them for the appointment. Mention it when you book so we can allow for it.

How do I look after my lashes?

Keep them dry for the first 24 hours, cleanse daily with a lash-safe foam cleanser, and brush them through gently each morning. Avoid oil-based products, waterproof mascara and lash curlers.

How long will my lashes last?

Extensions shed with your natural lash cycle, so the interval differs from person to person. Most clients book a refill within two to three weeks to keep the set looking freshly done.

When should I book a refill instead of a new set?

A refill is the right option while roughly half the extensions are still in place. Beyond that, a new full set gives a better result.
